What you pay for, what you get, and when a pack can be refunded.
Is the phone lookup free?
The first pass is free: validity, carrier, line type, and region, with no card and no account. You only buy credits when you want a full report with owner records, linked accounts, and the source breakdown.
Is this a subscription?
No. Credits are sold in one-time packs. Nothing renews, and there is no billing period to cancel.
How many reports does a pack include?
One credit runs one full report. Standard includes 3 credits for $3.95; Premium includes 7 credits for $6.95, the lower price per report.
Can I buy a different number of credits?
Yes. The Custom pack lets you choose anywhere from 3 to 50 credits: $3.95 for the first 3, then $0.75 for each extra credit. The price updates as you choose, and checkout works the same way.
How do I receive and use my credits?
Checkout is guest-only. Your credit code appears on screen the moment payment completes and is emailed to you. Enter it in the lookup form, or follow the link in the email to apply it automatically.
Can I get a refund?
An unused pack can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. Unused credits from a partly used pack bought in the last 14 days are refunded pro rata. Spent credits are not refundable, because the search has already run.
What if a full report finds very little?
Results depend on what the data sources hold for that number, so a thin report is not refunded automatically. If you think a report failed for a technical reason, contact us with the report link and we will restore the credit where we got it wrong.
